Athletic Sports Physicals will be administered here at Summers on May 15th.
The Medical History side of the physical form must be completed and signed by both parent and student and returned to Coach Swanner with $20 cash by Friday, May 10th.
This is a great opportunity to get this taken care of before next school year. Keep in mind that athletes can not participate in any summer workouts or athletic programs without a current physical on file.
