For the first time, the Royse City Tri-County Chamber proudly sponsored the New Employee Breakfast, welcoming new teachers and staff to Royse City Independent School District (RCISD). The event, held under the “Level Up” theme, marked a milestone in Chamber partnership and community impact.

President and CEO Ashlee Burke shared: 

“The Royse City Chamber is incredibly proud of our partnership with RCISD and honored to have led this year's New Teacher and New Employee Welcome Breakfast. As our first year hosting the event, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

While the games and prizes were a hit, the true highlight was the overwhelming support from our business community. Sponsors, volunteers, and local partners showed up in a big way, generously giving their time, resources, and encouragement to help welcome new staff to RCISD.

The ‘Level Up’ theme captured the spirit of the morning, celebrating what happens when a community comes together to support the educators who invest in our youth. The energy, excitement, and generosity throughout the event reflected the very best of Royse City.

The Chamber continued the excitement of the new year, supporting the 2026 RCISD Convocation, and yes, we're already planning how to make next year's new staff event even bigger and better.”
