Royse City ISD 8th graders are enjoying the chance to preview opportunities that await them in high school. This "8th Grade Invasion" event allows students first hand information as they prepare to select high school courses. Way to go RCHS and Career and Technical Education staff for making this such a fun and memorable experience for students. RCTV wins short film at ASB! The team created eight short films, two broadcast features, finished two editing contests, created two cinematography reels, produced a roving reporter segment, created two stop motion films, made two music videos, produced one humorous segment, and two five second films. They met every deadline (most contests allow only five or six hours to plan, film, and edit) AND they won second place in the early bird madness short film category Be on the lookout for a special RCTV contest entry episode coming out soon.
