N2 Learning Recognition

ROYSE CITY, TX – May 5, 2025 – Royse City Independent School District is proud to announce that two of its campuses, Royse City High School under the leadership of Principal Brooke McMaster, and Bobby Summers Middle School under the leadership of Principal Melissa Harvey, have been named "2025 Schools Transforming Learning" by the N2 Learning Principals’ Institute (PI). This prestigious recognition places them among just 14 innovative campuses across the state of Texas lauded for their exceptional commitment to creating transformative learning environments for all students.

The N2 Learning Principals’ Institute, a statewide professional learning experience spanning 13 years, challenges traditional educational approaches and empowers school leaders to cultivate innovative learning practices. Nominations for this honor were open to over 550 campuses led by principals who have participated in the Institute, including Principal McMaster and Principal Harvey.

The "2025 Schools Transforming Learning" designation acknowledges the significant strides made by Royse City High School and Bobby Summers Middle School under the dedicated leadership of Principal McMaster and Principal Harvey, respectively. This recognition celebrates their exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication, and the positive impact they have fostered within their school communities.

The selection as a "2025 School Transforming Learning" highlights the forward-thinking approaches and dedication to student growth demonstrated by these two Royse City ISD campuses and their principals. They will be honored as part of this year’s STL cohort.
