Thank you to our Student Council for planning and making recess bags for each grade level! They used their funds earned from the Turkey Feathers sales for this project! Great job!


Join the YMCA at Anita Scott Elementary for Holiday Camp- space is limited so register today! YMCA camps provide kids with a variety of structured activities such as arts & crafts, STEM, fitness fun, arts & crafts and more! Morning and afternoon snacks provided, but campers will need to bring a nut-free sack lunch.

We are looking forward to hosting games for our Cherry students and families tomorrow night at our fall festival from 5:30-6:30pm! Free Event for all Cherry students and their families (This is not a student drop off event. We would like families to walk around together to meet the teachers and to play fall festival games)!


Veterans Day Program- Thank you to
everyone that came out to Cherry this morning for our Veterans Day Program! Our student flag crew and student choir did an outstanding job!






Please join us if you are a Veteran or have a family member that is a Veteran as we honor all who have served. Our Ruth Cherry choir will sing and we will have a flag ceremony outside of Ruth Cherry Elementary 8am-8:20am on Friday, November 10th.
(Students will remain in the building unless they are part of the program, we will video and share with the campus the following week).
