Scott Families - Due to the heavy rain we will only have the inside lane open this morning for the car drop off. We don't want students becoming soaked standing at the crosswalk waiting to cross. Please be patient with us as the line will be slightly longer.

We are excited to welcome students back to class on Wednesday Jan. 8! Royse City ISD officials are monitoring weather forecasts for later this week. The district communicates with county and city officials on the potential impact of low temperatures and travel concerns. Any decision on a delay or closure will be made by 4:30 am and prior to bus routes. In some cases, decisions on delays and closures can be made the evening before the weather event. Royse City ISD Communications will use social media, district websites, broadcast media, texts, emails and voicemails to let you know of any alterations to school. Thank you for your patience through this winter weather possibility.
