RCISD is proud to recognize some of the best of the best, naming 2026 Teachers, Support Staff, and Department Staff of the Year at the district luncheon on Thursday, March 26th.
In addition to recognizing campus and department recipients, RCISD celebrated the District Teachers of the Year, who will serve as our representatives and nominees for Region 10. We are excited to have Heather Humphrey from MIss May Vernon as the District Elementary Teacher of the Year, along with Angelica Plata from Royse City High School as the District Secondary Teacher of the Year.
