RCHS Students Presenting and Receiving Letterman Jackets at Special Olympics

The Royse City ISD Special Olympics Program honored a dedicated group of athletes at the Basketball Skills Competition, which was hosted at Baley Middle School on February 13, 2026. As a symbol of hard work, perseverance, and school spirit, RCISD letterman jackets were passed out to these athletes.

To achieve this honor, Royse City ISD athletes must be at least a sophomore and have completed at least two full years of active participation in the RCISD Special Olympics program. To make the moment even more meaningful, our High School Partners in PE were invited to help present the jackets, celebrating the incredible bond between our students.

We are so proud of these athletes for their commitment to their sport and their school. These jackets are more than just awards; they are a testament to the bravery shown in every attempt, and in the spirit of competition that defines our Bulldogs!
