Announcing Dr. Timothy Benson, your new Ouida Baley Middle School Principal! Dr. Benson is no stranger to the Royse City ISD family. Currently serving as the associate principal of RCHS, we are thrilled to have his twelve years of experience in education, with six as a campus administrator, heading to OBMS as the new leader.
Dr. Benson believes middle school students are in a unique phase academically, socially, and emotionally, and our systems must meet them where they are, recognizing that every student is capable of excellence with the right structures and relationships.
With experiences as associate and assistant principals at both secondary and elementary levels, athletic coordinator, teacher, and coach, we are confident in the positive impact Dr. Benson will bring to Ouida Baley Middle School.
