Royse City ISD is pleased to offer online registration for all new and returning students in 2017-18. This transition includes the introduction of a new student information management system called Qmlativ Family Access which is a brand new product of Skyward. Using this new web-based platform, parents will have real time data about their child’s grades, attendance, assignments and more. Alerts can be set to your individual preferences and the information is easily accessed using the Qmlativ Family Access Parent Portal. Stay up-to-date on your child’s school experience anytime, anywhere! 


While many successful online registrations have been completed, we know that some families prefer paper packets. As a result, we are reintroducing paper packets as another option for registration for 2017-18. Online registration will remain open, giving you the choice of online or paper registration. You can pick up a packet in any campus office, at Meet the Teacher Night, RCMS Schedule Pick Up or print one here in English or Spanish. Return it to your child’s campus prior to the first day of school. 


All returning students register each year through an online form accessed in the Parent Portal called Qmlativ Family Access. This process replaces paper packets and makes registration faster and easier for families with multiple students. If you do not know your Qmlaitv Family Access login credentials, please email and include your child’s name and campus. 


Kindergarten roundup is held each Spring where you will be able to enroll as a new student to Royse City ISD. The next step is Online Registration for the school year which usually occurs about a month prior to the start of school. This will allow you to acknowledge the handbook and provide additional information that you’ll verify each subsequent school year. 


All students brand new to Royse City ISD will first need to enroll online. Students must live within the boundaries and meet state age and health requirements. Students who move into the district during the school year should contact the campus. A student is required to attend school in the attendance zone in which the family resides.  See the District, Zones and Maps. After completing online enrollment, you will be entered into the Qmlativ Family Access System and can begin the registration process.
