Rachel Alexander, current W.R. Fort Elementary Assistant Principal, has been named as Harry H Herndon Elementary Principal. She follows Principal Shanna Brown who is retiring at the end of the current school year. Her teaching career began in 2014. She holds a masters degree in educational administration from Lamar University and a bachelors from Texas A&M University.
