Tammy Oliver Named Principal of Glenda Arnold Early Childhood Learning Center

Royse City ISD is proud to announce Tammy Oliver as the first ever principal for the Glenda Arnold Early Childhood Learning Center. This new campus is set to open in August of 2022 for all qualifying PreK students in Royse City ISD.

Mrs. Oliver has 23 years in education with 16 in Royse City ISD. She currently serves as assistant principal for W. R. Fort Elementary. She holds a bachelor's degree and a masters in educational leadership from Texas Woman’s University.

About her new role, Mrs. Oliver shared, “I am honored to have the opportunity to open the Glenda Arnold ECLC. As with many other educators, Glenda was a mentor and I am proud to be a part of this new campus to build the foundation for our early learners. We will be the first school experience for these children and we aim to make it joyous and fun!”

Mrs. Oliver will coordinate an upcoming PreKindergarten Roundup in April and continue her normal duties at W.R. Fort Elementary before fully transitioning to her new role this summer. A website for the Glenda Arnold ECLC will be released soon with more details on this exciting new campus.
