Royse City ISD is proud to announce Tammy Oliver as the first ever principal for the Glenda Arnold Early Childhood Learning Center. This new campus is set to open in August of 2023 for all qualifying PreK students in Royse City ISD.Mrs. Oliver has 23 years in education with 16 in Royse City ISD. She currently serves as assistant principal for W. R. Fort Elementary. She holds a bachelor's degree and a masters in educational leadership from Texas Woman’s University.
