  • The Royse City ISD Board of Trustees is comprised of seven board members who are elected by the general public to serve for overlapping terms of three years each. RCISD Board members are not compensated for their service on the board. Elections for board seats are conducted annually each May. Once elections are finalized the Board elects a president, vice-president and secretary for one-year terms. In 2016, the RCISD Board was named a Texas Honor Board Top 5 in the state. 

    School Board meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the 2nd Monday night of each month, with the exception of days that conflict with school holidays.
